Great and fast service

Got both cars serviced in same week on myself and other by wife. We were in and out in great time and the employees are very polite and knowledgeable. More expensive than other places I could go be it does save time. My car was out of washer fluid and the next day I noticed it was still out. Checked my wife’s car and it was over half empty. Paperwork says they fluids off but they did not! If they are not adding washer fluid what else are they NOT doing, like checking brake and differential fluid. Leaves me a little wary of the speed and the job done properly.

Update: Management emailed me immediately after writing this review. They are giving me an oil change and reiterating policy that vehicles are on a first come first serve basis. I appreciate them immediately fixing the issue.

I had to wait 3x as long because the car in front of me in line needed a longer service time. So 3 cars went by me in the other line while I waited my turn. I would have appreciated them moving me to the other line as it should be first come first serve. My time is valuable as I came during my work lunch break.
